Hi

can anybody help. i have v3 with a keypad problem. at first it was both screen light and keypad. i have replace a new chord,the screen light ok but some of the keypads not working. have tried all i can do but still. someone help please.

what on the key pad thats not working is it all the buttons or only a few?

@ girumm,

In most cases problems with the keypad shows that the phone has hardware malfunction, but to be sure you can try to perfrorm Repair PDS procedure and after that Full Flash the set with higher firmware version.

If the entire keypad (all keys) are not working...then first perform full flashing.
Should the problem remain after fullflash, then reflow the controller.

I have changed the LCD and problem fixed.......?
