v3 not came to boot mode


I have a v3 it have 2 problems: it not charge and the extrernal display make only the motorola image.
I connect it to smart clip, it's recognized, then I try to flash it but it not came to boot mode, and smart clip say to control the carghe battery but the battery is full charge......

this is the log:

Provo a connettermi al telefono... Connesso a Motorola Phone (V3), Ottengo il test dall'interfaccia... OK
Modello V3
Firmware R374_G_0E.40.79R
Posiziono il telefono in flash mode... Errore di riconnessione
Controllare che la batteria del telefono sia carica

what I do?

Try to use another fully charged battery or alternatively use external power supply with the output value 3.7V-3.9V and 0.5А to Power On the phone.

the phone battery is fully cherged and the smart clip have axternal power supply 12v

Try to use external power supply to power on the phone. It value suppose to be 3.7V-3.9V, 0.5A.

I think isn't the smart moto cherger because I have tried also with a charger 4v but it the same, I have tried flashing the phone with my pc and rsd lite 4.1 and this is the message: failed flashing process unable to retrieve interface handle (0x7027), phone disconnected.

The flash chip or the processor is damaged in your phone.

I faced that problem with one Motorola W5 just check the usb connector, clean or try to change and it could be fixed doing this.
