i was trying to reflash a v3 R374_G_OE.40.3eR_A an i was getting this prob everytiime

SmartMoto 1.17
Clip serial: xxxxxxxxxxx, version: 2.22, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found S Flash Neptune LTE, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 7.E0
Reading flash id... Intel-0x0089
Phone group: V30x,V40x,V50x,V52x,V60x
Hardware IMEI: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Security area saved to "S Flash Neptune LTE 354xxxxxxxxx (4).pds"
Incomplete chip identification, restore & write functions unavailable

solution is put the v3 into manual boot with * # and power button then repair PDS then full flash the v3 with what ever flash fls you need to upgrade to.phone is now working 100% customer is happy cheers wolfe

I got Same thing with V220 ....Its Becoz ur IMEI is $ucked Up u cant repair it Becoz U cant Read and Write....Yes do the Phone in Bootmode..and Make it PDS repair and Full FLash ..100% working

this customers v3 was f****d cause he tried to flash it with the video s/ware
manual boot n pds n flash sorted it out imei is ok m8 cheers wolfe
