v3 unsupported Version C.f4 ?????? - GSM-Forum

I tried a few things but never had this issue with smart clip.... v3re c.f4 unsupported.... Here's the log.....

SmartMoto 3.12
S-Card: ******xx Smart-Clip dongle, v 2.07, assigned Smart-Clip: ******x Europe, initializing... OK
Clip serial: ******x, version: 4.07, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (V3re), getting test interface... OK
Model V3re
Firmware R3442A_G_0E.43.0AR

Switching to flash mode... could not get USB descriptor
Searching for phone... found S Flash Neptune LTE2, getting test interface... interface not found

Reading phone boot version... C.F4
Boot version 0xcf4 is not supported for model 'V3re'

Is there any update in the near future???????

yes we need to know if smart clip support this phone
i got some units to unlock the phone is t mobile branded

V3r ver 0a.52 is also not supported . . .

oa.52 is supported by smartclip, just use regular testpoint procedure

when i try to flash my phone so
i got the msg " Prepare ur phone Ist "
how to prepare this phone . . . ?

Boot 0A.52 shows that you have V3i or V3r. This boot version supported via TestPoint procedure, only.
Please tell us what firmware firmware version your handset has.

Sir this time i dont have, tomarrow i'll post . . .

if this ver (0a.52) is supported via TestPoint procedure,
so plz can u give me the testpoint picture, bcaz i could not
get/findout testpoint for this phone, and i have 2 pieces
which has just locked.

All TP pictures can be founf at boot-loader.com in Public Downloads->testpoints->... section.
As the V3 you have has boot version 0A.52 it is V3i or V3r handset.
