v360v no sound on speaker after flashing? - GSM-Forum

hi...i have one v360...after unlock i phone was very slow and freezing and power off....i try to reflash it with file from support and now phone works fine except sound on speaker during calls....there is nothing on speaker...how to solve this problem...i try also backup-restore backup(originaly with phone) but then i get some error like blank device on displey after restore...can someone please specify how to restore phone from backup step by step and how to solve this...please its urgent....many thnx

@ mmanduri,

Such, Reading flash id... 0x0090-0x0090, error usually appears when flash chip can't be read properly. There are two main reasons for that:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the tp procedure.

If TP wasn't made correctly, then you can try to flash this handset with backup once again. After flashing with backup you have to Restore Security Area. Manual can be found here: http://www.smart-clip.com/sm_manual.php
