V3r Chip Unidentified

I want to help about Motorola V3r handset.

Boot Loader: 0A.52
SW: R4515_G_08.BD43R.

this mobile proble is power, when pwr the phone only keypad light on then off.

I try flash the phone with smart-clip using tp, after 23% error.

2nd time i try to Repair PDS the phone, then get the error below the log

its a flash ic problem sir, just replace it

Incomplete chip identification means that flash memory chip is not read properly. There are two main reasons for that:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the tp procedure.
