Make sure you're using appropriate power supply for Smart-Clip. Recommended values are: 12V 750mA

I also get the same problem when i try to use Normal Bettery even if its fully charged, so what i did for this i just use Positive Terminal of SmartTP cable and after that i never face this problem random errors after getting test interface. so try it use SmartTP + bettery terminal and then power on fone normally and search with smart moto if fone turns off just wait and let it to turn on again or trun on it by pressing power button and then search again, hopefully your problem will be resolved.

me too.. i just used the positive terminal of the cable when unlocking that phone.

GSM support , can you help me how to unlock c975 v6.36 801 i carefully follow the instruction and procedure but no luck phone still locked unlocking error please help me.

@ bojetz,

This phone model can be unlocked using Prepare cycle. In case if some error appears, please post log file here.
Don't forget to hise your serial number.

yesterday i done 2 v3re with first try

to day when try unlock one give me error

when it say now connect ur tp
always say please be sure u connect ur tp

i'm sure about cable and phone and power supply ]
any other errors may be ??

@ melgsm,

That error usually appears in case if the TP wasn't connected properly or the Smart TestPoint cable doesn't work properly.
Please double check the manual and run unlock procedure once again.

hello

my smart clip power off when ever test point is connected and u click ok. then give message clip communication failed. i think the problem is the rj45 how can u help.

Please tell us what power supply your are using with the Smart-Clip?
Recommended value for the power adapter is 12v 750mA.
