I tried to unlock

now it stucked in blank mode and with smart clip it shows botloader versin 4.0

I did open test point but can not prepare with smart clip

how to revive please?

I did checked sir
its not shows any short circuit

it was stuck on flash mode
I try to flash set it stopped cause of power failure

and now set is in Sblank mode

it would be great it can be connected flash

As the phone get read as "S Blank" and boot version get read as "4.00" any procedure could not be performed to this set. Flash, Repair PDS or Unlock procedure could not be performed if Argon based phone model get read in such way.
The only thing we can say for sure, is that the handset has hardware malfunction that doesn't allow any procedure to be completed successfully.
I can recommend you to double check the PCB of the phone, one of possible reasons for such problem could be damaged or shorted TP zone.
