V3re stuck at Hellomoto logo
 

Hi,

I am starting to hate smart test point adapter. I have unlock 18 v3re no problem except the first one i did.

Now i unlock this one perfertly, shield removal was also perfect. I unlock it and assemble the phone back together. I put the battery in and turn it on. Voila it turn on and FREEZE!

When u press the power button the "hellomoto" logo come up but then it does not move from there. I check the pcb board again and everything is fine. Nothing is broken and grounds and shorted out. Can you please tell me what's the problem?

So now I have a v3re in the list of phones that smart test point adapter failed. Please help me. Normal v3 boards does not work with this model. I am awaiting your speedy response support team.

Try to flash it with the same firmware version like it originally had or higher one. That suppose to revive the phone.

I did flash the phone. I also pds repair and flash again. I flash with scout and smart clip but same thing all the time. Always stuck at the Hellomotto. Please help me.

You still havent reply. Can you help me or not? Why is the phone stuck at the "hellomoto" screen? What can i do to fix this problem? The phone wont boot and ask for the sim it just stuck. I am awaiting your speedy response.

What firmware version the phone originally had and what firmware version have you used to flash it?

The firmware it had was R3442A_G_0E.43.04R. I flash it with R3442a_G_OE.41.01r. When i try to flash it back to original it went successfully but the boot-loader still show R3442a_G_OE.41.01r. I wont change. I repair the PDS and try again and still same. Please tell me how to put back the original flash? Also the 43.04R is only in MFW can i get it in PCF?
