you can perform unlock procedure again and software will write back security backup and restore phone

Also check the correct Smart Clip Voltage. The ''error 9B'' its the main reason of it.
I have working 100% my clip with 9V 1000mA from my AC adaptor i made it homebrew.

Just be carefull where is the +/- in the tip. :O
