| @ mediaset33, It is hard to provide you with any information without the log files. But, according to the information you've posted more likely that some PCB component get damaged. What is current phone's state? Can it be detected by SmartMoto? Best Regards GSMServer team  |

| @ mediaset33, Try to perform Repair PDS operation and after that Full Flash the phone with exactly the same firmware version like the set initially had. After that save log file and post it here along with the results. Don't forget to hide your serial numbers. Best Regards GSMServer team |
