V3x \connection/\detection/

Hi masters;
I have problem connecting V3x for preparation or any other operation.Sometimes SC detects the phone but in the middle of operations suddenly says:"CLIP COMMIUNICATION FAILED!"
Sometimes says:"Phone not found"
I changed USB cable but again the same result.How can i solve the problem?Shall i use TP procedure?
10x in advance.

@ meisam,

Please tell us what power adapter you are using.
We recommend to use Power supply 12V 750mA with Smart-Clip.
