V3x dead, all repairs failed

I tried prepare phone, repair PDS, full flash, the phone dead.
I tried writing bootloader, but phone dead. I tried every combination I can imagine to make this phone alive, but no success. I'm probably missing something in procedure. I also tried "Force simple write mode" and "Overwrite boot area"

I've even tried to flash it with Scout, which recognized phone as:
S Flash Rainbow POG
R25221LD_U_85.83.84P
USRAZRV3XH3GITR2522106D

Flash I used is RAZRV3x_R252211LD_U_85.9B.C0R_lp002F_full_flash.mf w, and I tried several other for Scout:

R252211LD_U_85.98.E0R
R252211LD-AS_U_85.9A.D2P

please, any advice would be great..

here is the log:

Try the following trick.

1. Perform Repair PDS via Prepare Cycle.
2. Flash the phone with R25221LD_U_85.83.84P.mfw.
3. Right after flashing, don't disconnect the phone and perform IMEI repair patch.
4. The handset should to turn ON afterwards. If it does - restore the original IMEI using SmartMoto.

PS. The specified above procedure may not work if the phone has a hardware problems.

Best Regards

For a start, please check this out.

Secondly, do you know what has initially happened to your phone, so it got to this state? Are you sure that it doesn't have a hardware problems?

In order to revive the phone, is not enough to flash the proper version now.

Also, please give the answers to the following questions.

You can also try the procedure, specified in the post #2. Just use different flash files.
First try with R252211LD_U_85.9B.E6P.mfw. If that doesn't help, please try R25227LD_U_86.31.34P.mfw.

I'll try, but just one more question; do I need to overwrite boot while flashing?

No need to do it. That option has to be used in rare cases.
The boot gets replaced with PDS repair procedure.
