V3X Problems with MMS, GRPS after unlocking - GSM-Forum

HI.

As per title has anyone else had any problem on a V3X with MMS and GRPS not working after unlocking. My customer says they are still locked to three. It is not a case of just changing the settings? is it possible they can be locked?

Any help please.

HI,

Anyone???

I got the settings sent to phone, but it wont let them use it as there is
a small lock sign beside mms and the rest.

Anyone fixed this problem???

yes possible with branded fw
try2 delete file "websession" in root of phone
or 100% solve with unbranded fw
