v3xx stuck at boot loader - GSM-Forum

i got a v3xx for unlock, and after preparing the phone smart moto instruct to disassemble phone and i connected the testpoint but its still seeing the phone bootloader as 3.08 instead of 0.00. i am suspecting that the smart testpoint cable i used is not an original one. the colous is blue and black instead of yellow, and black. please is there anything i can do to revive the phone cos the owner is on my nec. the software version is R26111MLD-AS_U_96.BO.OAR

The only thing you can do now - is just flash the phone with pcf file. If you had the original Smart TP then it would be easy to revive it.

copy the SecurityBackup Foloder from Smartmoto folder to another place after that, buy another cable and try with it , untill you have security backup you will not need to flash the fone. and if u flash it with PCF file your fone will be permanent damaged because i did this already with one V3xx and its still dead , i tried everything i've original cable as well but still fone is dead and can't be detected by the smart moto or by the usb.

so its better if u have security backup for this fone just copy it somewhere else and try again with another cable (SMARTTP) and post your result here.

Your advise about security backup is good. Just the guy can not wait until he got the appropriate cable. In your case the flashing can not damage your phone to the state that you currently have. If it doesn't get detected - then it must have a hardware failure.

I agree with your opinion that it could be hardware fault but if its hardware fault why fone successfully unlocked first then its flashed successfully if it was hardware problem after unlocking then y its flashed , now its a old story and i already paid for the fone and throw it in dustbin.
