v400 help - GSM-Forum

hello
i flashed a v400 handset with the right firmare, but the phone doesn´t turn on, just the key lights tried to restore the backup of the flash but smart moto cant find the phone anymore, does any would like to give me a hand??! thanks

try to press and hold on #,* and then power up the phone, see if you can get into bootmode ?? so you can try to full flash a right v400 file again >>

if you can't get the boot mode , you'll need to do TP and Full_Flash

I think you flash a wrong file otherwise it shoudn't be dead !!!
