V600 can t be unlocked with Smartclip - GSM-Forum

Hi All,

I try to unlock a V600 with Smartclip but it doesn t works ! ! (green led become red every time !!!)

It is a moto v600 ( from portugal in think...) with logo "ZONE"

His flex version is "se6484axxk416c"

His Software version is "triplets g ob o9 38r"

Can anyone help me please ?

PS: I try to read full flash but it s not possible because smartclip can t connect to phone (red led...)

Hi

Do factory reset on phone and make sure phone does not have 'phone lock' code active. it does work

If Smart Clip can't connect, make sure the contacs are nice and clean and shiny.
Use a toothbrush if needed.

Also, try other USB cables... some work when others don't. Not sure why but I have found this to be the case with many vxxx....

Yes Do The Master Reset It Will Unloch. I Had A Same Problem On C975 Each Time Read Light And I Did Master Reset And The Phone Was Unlocked

After Master Reset, Red Light always ON ! I cleaned the phone connector and changed usb cable.... i also check phone code status off....but always same problem

Very Strange.....maybe this sw version not supported !

zone logo is from optimos you have same kind o problem whit that phone i dont now any new version in portugal from optimos

is very strange, try to flash phone with different firmware version. Good luck

I can t flash it with smartmoto by using smartclip (red led ON), please can u give me link to download driver for V600 ? I will try with it
