Cant connect V3R, L6 and L7 to smartmoto


Clip serial: xxxxxx, version: 3.05, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (V3r), getting test interface... clip communication failed

when i press "search" button this message shows on screen and i cant unlock this moto without TP.
tested on power supply 9V and 500mAh, and 12V 600mAh and 16V 700mAh and 10V 750mAh
LPT settings in BIOS - correct
newest smartmoto - V2.08
operating windows - '98SE
LPT settings in smartmoto - compatibility
phone battery - full
phone ON
cable - smart usb cable.

anyone got answer?

@ booreck,

"LPT settings in BIOS - correct" what do you mean by word "correct"?
Make sure that it set to EPP in BIOS.
If it won't help, try to use another LPT cable.

all is working. i have to set LTP mode to PS/2(read/write) instead of AT(read) in DELL motherboard (there is no EPP, ECP .....)
