@ roberts,

Post here full log file from the unlock operation without serial numbers, please.
It would spread some light at the issues you're dealing with.

Best Regards

@ roberts,

Did you select "Automatic Model Detection" or selected phone model manually from the list?
Double check what version of V8 exactly you have, fully charge phone's battery, and run unlock operation once again by manually selecting proper version of V8.
After that post results here.

Best Regards

Firmware R601_G_80.44.2BR_80.44.2BR
Switching to flash mode... OK [S Flash SCM-A11]
Reading phone boot version... A3.CD
Detected V8 phone model ---------< this is from automatic detection

@ roberts,

One of possible reasons for such issue to appear could be that you have Prototype set.
Please specify information that is signed at the sticker under the battery of the phone.
Also, please PM me IMEI number of this handset.

Best Regards

@ roberts,

V8 handset you have, has some different boot version. One of possible reasons for such issue could be that this is a prototype.
It can not be unlocked at the moment.

Best Regards
