@ nafg,

At boot-loader.com in SCout->PCF file section such firmware version can be found, R263311-AS_U_9C.14.36R. try to flash your phone with it.

was temporary backup created during unlocking process?
if yes then you can perform unlocking process once again to restore temporary backup and your phone will be alive.
