i have here v9 which i tried to unlock with smartclip now the phone hangs with smartmoto

i purchased unlock code for this phone, but i can't enter the code coz the enter subsidy password dont show now...

i tried to write back-up security but still the same

please some inputs on this SC team

@ bingo_888,

If the phone with the non-original SIM card hangs on the Logo, more likely that it is locked with the new type of encoding that is not currently supported.
Unfortunately, we are unable to help in such case.

Unlock code is 8 or 16 digits?

I faced the same prob. At least is there any way to enter purchased code or have to put this phone to the drawer of the desk and wait?

i know it can't be unlocked by smartclip

i now have subsidy password i purchased from imei calculator server...

my problem was i cannot enter the subsidy password, it stucked at smartmoto logo

how can i fix this, i just need the enter subsidy password to show up, all of this problem showed after i tried to unlock my v9 with smartmoto

no, you can't enter it originally neither. tested. I purchased first the code before phone was touched by smart-moto and in original state it does't promted for the code.

What is your phone's firmware version?
If you can't enter subsudy code - this is a software problem. Try to flash the same firmware version to the phone.

I have flashed fw,lng,flex too, but phone still doesn't promts for code...

How about flashing with a higher firmware version?

phone doesn't switches on with lower version, so there were no other choice but flashing with higher FW ver

You're right, it is not recommended to downgrade phone's firmware version. So, your problem is solved?
