V975 STUCK AT ERROR:0x1DE

I was unlocking v975, I got to stage where I press *,# and power, as usual phone displayed error:0x1DE but when I pressed ok on computer screen, smart moto displayed phone not found, I have tried 20 times but still phone not found.

It is not the smart-clip or cable as I successfully unlocked a v975 afterwards.

Any idea how to get smart-moto to recognise phone so I can continue with unlock procedure or flash phone.

thanks

Use REPAIR Cable.

Sometime you can try to force boot mode by Keypad.Use your left hand to hold tight the cable to the phone and click Serch then Remove RSA.

[QUOTE=SC_SUPPORT]Check the cable & connector...

cable and smart-clip is good, I have unlocked 2 v975 afterwards without any problems. I have tried other cables also but no luck, also I think connector is ok because smart-moto detected phone originally and was working until the error part of the downgrade process.

use exactly 4v to your mobile using DC supply. then turn on your phone into boot mode by *+#+ power button then do unlock RSA again.

this time press down your cable tightly to the phone when u connect to smart-clip
