V980M died when trying unlock via testpoint - GSM-Forum

This V980 has PCB of V975 !!!
I made testpoint like V975 (see link) http://www.smart-clip.com/testpoints/V975_V1050.php
When conected to smart-moto,->
Searching for phone... found S Blank Rainbow POG, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Tryed to "Unlock via Testpoint" end =>
Reading phone boot version... 3.10
Reading bus width... OK
Reading flash id... 0x0080-0x0010 (x2)
Phone group: A835,A845,A920,A925

Internal error 0001

End now Phone is DED!!!
I can' flash it, i can't do nothing with the phone. pls help somebody.
It give :
"Reading phone boot version... 3.10

Reading flash id... 0x0080-0x0010 (x2)
Phone group: A835,A845,A920,A925

Internal error 0001"
always

I tryed to flash with: V980M_R26_U_83[2].28.38.04.01P_lp0039_reflash.smf and with: V980M_R26_U_83[1].28.38.04.01P_lp0039_full_flash.smf
and it always give:
"Reading phone boot version... 3.10
Reading bus width... OK
Reading flash id... 0x0080-0x0010 (x2)
Phone group: A835,A845,A920,A925

Internal error 0001"

PHONE IS DED it power up not , not even in boot.

Please give some solutions quik.

Ok u got V980m detects as Phone group: A835,A845,A920,A925

And Try to do PDS repair then Remaining .....Mean Full Flash Becoz u said

I tryed to make "Repair PDS" But it gives :
"Reading phone boot version... 3.10
Reading bus width... OK
Reading flash id... 0x0080-0x0010 (x2)
Phone group: A835,A845,A920,A925

Internal error 0001"

everything i try to do it gives the same..."Reading phone boot version... 3.10

The phone is dead, i cannot conect it to Smart-Moto without testpoint.
With testpoint,Smart-Moto find:
:Clip serial: 23xxxxxxx, version: 2.18, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found S Blank Rainbow POG, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK"

This is all, the phone do not power up, not even in boot mode(with *&# pressed.)
