i done the proper i read the manual and followed STEP by STEP i have fully charge batter high resistance test point and properly connected to ground

what error A0 means

i carefully follow the tricks they said and the procedure given on smartclip support hoping for your speedy answer thank you very much,,,

when you conect phone with sc with tp and sc read you phone zou mast take off tp from phone and then can unlock pone via testpoint

you just carefully follow the instructions and use a high resistance tespoint i will post a pic of my testpoint i used the TP cable that i am using in SE(sony ericsson) phones
