Very low Download speed at www.boot-loader.com - GSM-Forum

Have standard price plan but can not download files from www.boot-loader.com because speed very very low. but early of this year can.
Also can download from other web support such as HWK,MT,Setool,Infinity,NS,Vygis with ave.speed 20 Kbs/sec. Use ADSL ave.speed 500 Kbs/sec. Does Anybody have this problem? Solution Please.

From our server we provide maximum download speed, that is allowed by the price plan. All the rest depends on your Internet line and your ISP provider.

we r the people of south asia.our internet speed so poor so we download 98% then it break so we need resume download.plz help us

Download resuming service at www.boot-loader.com was launched more than a year ago. To be able to apply for download resuming, please use any of download managers (Download Master or other).

Today download smartmoto 2.44 with ave.speed 50 kb/s from www.smart-clip.com but from www.boot-loader.com dowload flash files V3i R47A_G_08.D9.76R_Lp0033_Lng.mfw with ave.speed 1 kb/s
For me it very strange and will find the way to solve my problem.

Hey,just follow some tips to make your speed up
-->Configure your browser so it won't display graphics, animations, sound, video or other multimedia content (see "How to Turn Off Sounds, Pictures or Video on Web Pages").
-->Surf when Internet traffic is low. Heaviest traffic is usually on weekends and evenings.
-->Use your cache effectively. "Cache" refers to storage space where your recently visited Web sites are saved. You may need to resize your cache allotment, or you may need to purge your cache periodically. Look through your browser's menus for items named Cache, Temporary Internet files and so on.
-->Upgrade your modem.
-->Consult with your Internet service provider to ensure that your modem is configured correctly.
-->Replace your telephone modem with a fast-access connection such as wave, ISDN, DSL, satellite, a cable modem.
and now check your connection speed here Scanmyspeed.com
even then your connection speed didnt get speed up then you better contact your service provider..
