Vodafone 555 strange problem - GSM-Forum

hi
?I have problem with unlocking vodafone 555.
I connect phone via tp on board, read code which are correct (i check on nck calculator),
and when I change firmware, after that phone never more want connect to box.
I try different combinations: z3x box, vygis, infinity like a interface, and cables without any success. FTDI is 2.6.0.0 on each interface.
Phone is in working condition but not asking for network key, so need direct unlock.
Phone when is message press power on is just normal power on after 3 sek and not booting - before
flash with new firmware, phone booting all time ok.
I done full reset couple times, imei is ok, just i can't boot phone to do direct unlock.
Any idea ?

What version of flash file have you flashed the phone with?
Double check the way you connect the phone, also check it's hardware.

I check RX and TX 1000 times, and like i told before before changing firmware all was ok (I do backup flex, firmware, calibration, read nck).
Firmware was VDGB1 and I change to VDCZ1.
With HW problem I don't thinks so because phone was still on desk and still is in working condition with vodafone sim card inside.

give me firmware ok vodafone 555,, after unlock.. it turns auto off..

What SmartMoto version did you use for the unlock purposes?
Post here log file from the unlock operation, please.

Flash files for Vodafone 555 and many other phone models available for download from Boot-Loader v2.0 file portal.
Check Smart-Clip->MTK_Alcatel_Vodafone->... section of flash fie portal for the required firmware version.
