w220 HW7 SCY to w220 SCY HW6 or HW4 is this possible???

anyone have tested this or flashed this phone?

Why do you want to flash HW6 to W220 HW7?
Press *#**372#, go to "Sw ver&model", then check hardware version before downloading the main code.

For example, TCT-000, S1, 390,D7.H8,Lb...
means that you should use this file SCY-7-1120-R360-001_LP020.sfl for flashing.

Note: if the hardware and the software does not match, it will cause download failure.

sorry its SCA HW7 to SCY HW6

w220 is 850-1900.. wanted to convert it to 900-1800.

You have to change the two filters (850Mhz) of its w220, two filters, frequency (900/1800) compatible with the v172, c168 and w220. After have a full flash (fss, image, melody etc.), the operator Claro (Brazil) by the infinity-box and unlock via smart-clip.

according to your picture sir, no resistor transfer to change band only making jumper of filter. Is it 900mhz is
working very will? Do I need to flash the firmware? I have here cingular but I couldn't convert it.

By the way I didn't flash the phone, I only unlocked it then do the hardware based on your picture.

Replace these filters w220 the other are from a unit that works in the frequency of 900/1800 Mhz ,
these filters can be found in slabs of v172 and other models and also in LG models (eg c1100), then you make a flash of an operator who work in 900/1800.
The image of this link without the filters, but you need to put in place that the two missing in this picture
If necessary tomorrow I put the names of the files that I use to make a flash in the infinity-box.
