W375 Unlocked but not unlocked????

Hi any one got any idea, I have unlocked this Moto W375 but when checked out its not unlocked.

I assumed the phone was unlocked. This W375 was on O2 I have just put an Orange sim in and it asks for ENTER UNLOCK CODE When I turn off the phone just before the screen goes blank it says ORANGE and shows 3 bars of signal.

Can I confirm the procedure I used:

1] connect USB - Jack cable (T191) to phone and USB port (41) on PC

2] start up smart moto

3] on phone connection select computer COM ports

4] select compal models

5] select phone model W375

6] select the COM port ie COM41

7] The Red PWR led is on and the E/G Green led is on

8] on smart moto click on UNLOCK

(I have also tried at a different time pressing the UNLOCK on on the Smart Clip, this just made the E/G led turn red)

9] Press power on on phone 1/2 seconds software say OK - wait

10] smart moto says Unlocking phone...OK. Turning phone off

During this process the Smart clip LEDs stay Red (PWR) and Green (E/G) The RX and TX led do nothing, this is clicking on Smart Clip software unlock If I press Smart Clip Unlock button the PWR led is on Red and the E/G led is on also Red. the RX and TX led do nothing.

All drivers are correctly installed

It says its unlocked but is not?????????

More likely that the phone you have, has user code enabled.
Try to perform Repair EEPROM and Format FFS procedures, it suppose to resolve the problem.
