use infinity is verry goodefor thise model

use usr as your interface
connect t191 rj45 into the usr.
choose com1
unlock

What you have for hw interface?
I have redbox and work allways 100%!

i use universal serial removal, usr and it works like a charm

Please show the log for a start and then explain, what exactly cable do you use?

i use comport t191 cable that i always use for this kind of phone never got problem but this phoe realy have loader problem

Can the set be detected by the SmartMoto? If yes, post here log file without serial numbers.
What firmware version this W377 has?
