W377 detection problem on pc com port - GSM-Forum

All respected members there is problem to attach w377 with smart moto via pc comport my cable is working on w375 but smart moto does detects w377. i m using infinity box interface also replaced a new jack on handset.plz help me where i m doing mistake.

Make sure you have choose corresponding COM port.

To check the number, please perform the following: right click on My Computer >> Properties >> Hardware >> Device Manager >> Ports (COM & LPT).

I have the same problem too. My 377 still doesn't get detected by smart moto.

on W377 u need to try few times. but it will work for sure...

Ive tried usb cable, comport cable on com 2. and also infinty boix with t191 cable. It connects but all ways but fail then my pc and lattop hangs and i have to restart

i got exactly same problem like urs its work with w375 but w377 dont get conect i tired on both com1 and com 5 but no luck.

Connect the phone with this cable and just select correct virtual com-port.
And don't forget to install cable drivers.

Also you can connect the phone via physical com-port. But make sure that you're choosing correct com-port at port selection tab. When flashing this phones via physical com-port you should choose 115200 speed only, not higher...

YES I unlocked 3 w377 with smartmoto 100% but i get 1 virgin w377 not detects it ,,,i check conector and all but i fail
