w490 after unlock PH SIG ERR:39:02:

i have try to unlock W490 with smart clip Via Smart TP but after do Prepare i have put the battery back is on boot mode and show this Error PH SIG ERR:39:02: any idea how can i slove this problem Thanks

PS : i have try to Flash and repair PDS but allways fail or timeout

Please provide us with more detailed information.
Was unlock procedure completed successfully?
What firmware version the handset originally had and what flash files have you used to flash it?
Please show us some log files, don't forget to hide serial numbers.

the instructions doesnt say that u have to put back battery & turn on after prepare. it says disconnect & disassemble phone & connect tp. ur not following instructions. now, whos fault is it?...

Man, i have the same U and i sloved by SCout + W510 full flash file.

man with what did you flash ur phone because i have try with RSD but the same problem sending boot after fail ?

I used SCout with Scard dongle man, but the problem is that every time I power the phone it shows this messege: "Flex error. Phone locked subsidy".
If SCout doesn't work use Flas & Backup from www.moodmymoto.com

Me too, I ask the same question to Morpheus, cause I have the same error. Now more and more Smart clip users have this error on w490/w510 phone, I think its about time Smart clip team pay close attention to this phone.
