| w490 help critical error dede 00ad phone status is ok but need to unlock 1st i do read info the phone ok then prepare smart test point then i click then after 8 sec error phone show like this in screen Code: restart critical error dede 00ad |

| @ audymar, W490 is LTE2_ROM4 based phone model. Unfortunately, in case if LTE2_ROM4 phone model can not be detected at all, nothing can be performed to it, at the moment. Such problem may appear due to many different reasons, main of them are:
