Member: 229997 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 636 | @ caomingfeng, Error 9B, for w490 handset, could appear in case if during Smart TestPoint procedure some other PCB component was touched, TP was held to long. Check your power supply (we recommend to use 12v 750mA), make sure that the phone connected properly and run unlock procedure once again.
