Both pinout are equal but, Chi Mei code read works only with COM cable, not RJ45, so use old T191-Panasonic X60 cable.

Chi Mei unlocking procedure
1. Connect* powered OFF phone to PC COM port.

And look what this "*" says

* Chi Mei models require to be connected to PC COM port via original COM data cable or using any COM port emulator

I use, T191 RJ45 included with REDBOX, with REDBOX COM2RJ45 converter, or Universalbox, all work.

T191 RJ45 cable included with Smart Clip, have different pinout (RJ45 pinout) and CAN NOT be used with UniBOX.
