A1000 contact customer service


I unlock motorola A1000 with smart clip via test point but after unlocking only "contact customer service" on lcd and phone no work with any sim card.What is problem with this a1000???


this is sc log:

Searching for phone... found S Blank Rainbow POG, getting test interface... interface not found

What was signed at the screen of the phone before unlock operation?
Also, please sign what software version did you use for the unlock purposes.

I use last version of smart moto 4.29
Before unlock on ldc some text "contact customer service" Invalid USIM
and after unlock no change
