when will be solved my problem with clip update?


this is my log:

SmartClip update software 2.07
Warning: make sure you use power adapter!


Clip serial: ************
Firmware version: 4.00
login... denied
Clip warranty period:
05-Nov-2005 to 04-May-2006 (expired)
Checking dongle... OK
Smart-Clip dongle found, serial **********
Update denied, save log and contact support


3th ***** i have this problem, no response from support

Is it a joke? Please don't tell me that you didn't get reply from support for 3 month! What is your e-mail address? Have you mailed your log to support[at]smart-clip.com?

i send you mail, but no result. you said that problem from resseler.
how can my support be blocked from resseler???????? this is a big joke. they are only resseler. They are only sale your product.
other point: why my boot-loader account blocked? i bought access account from other resseler, from gsmserver. why it is denied?
as i know other SC user have the same problem, but their problem solved.
when will be my problemm solved? i am more than 4 years use SC, and my 1st clip burned in fire :-( , and this second is blocked:-(
what to do? buy 3rd SC :-)
