Where's a1200 full.smf files?

If I change a CPU or flash IC of a1200 phone, after repair PDS I must write a full file, but in support area there is nothing to have been download, how to do?
Can I read from a fine working phone, but after that what I have doing?

Well, the thing is that this model has 2 processors and 2 flash chips. One "couple" (CPU + Flash IC) is responsible for GSM. The second one - for firmware (Linux in this case).
If the case is about GSM responsible "couple", then theoretically you can replace them, perform Repair PDS, flash with *.pcf file and perform IMEI patch. After that restore the ORIGINAL! IMEI.

@ xiakaijun,

In order to flash the phone with the *.pcf flash files SCout flahser has to be used.
More detailed information can be found at the www.scoutdongle.com
Also, as can be seen from your log file, IMEI number could not be read properly. It shows that the phone has some hardware malfunction or the battery isn't fully charged.

@ xiakaijun,

Try to flash the phone with the *.pcf flash file using SCout flasher. If some error appears, please post log file here.

More likely, you are dealing with hardware problems. Another kind of flash file will not help.
