Why is it so hard to access Boot-loader - GSM-Forum

this site is very frustrating...

how deo you download files from there ?

I try to login..it does not tell you if your login pass or fail

try to download files..always access denied...

so how can we unloack phones if we cannot get the files needed.

this needs to be sortewd out fast

no one can answer this question,neither smart clip team itself.easily you can find more than 50 thread regarding this problem.and this is who knows the gsm forum,and there are lots of other who also have problems.

I can login to boot-loader, with netscape and firefox but they do not have activeX option. So I can not login smart-clip can anyone explain??? With login with smart-clip can not download. Someone out there have any answers?? With IE 5.5 or IE 6.0 can not login to boot-loader.

Well I can with Firefox I think...I will try again tomorrow but my computer is really common and NEVER had a single problem entering and downloading files. Just see what is there and create account, enter my account, log the clip and download using right button of the mouse

PS:This system is difficult for best protection. Check how many time spent Victor in copying the hard work of SC with bootloader 8.26

we know u can login,as you are a reseller of smart-clip.but other users cant

Check if I'm reseller of SmarClip. I have helped them since I got this box(1-Dec-04) for FREE, created some guides in three languages, sent them phones, answer users questions that add me to msn, icq or yahoo msn always free. I'm not part of SC team. But maybe the problem is that I haven't work enough for other teams for free too. Let me show you some examples there. Check usbsmart guides, TST guides, Swap Guides, Polar Guides, helping on Jaf forum, who is moderator of PhoneTools forum, translations of Wray...I'm just trying to help this people to manage with their box and NEVER asked for a reward.

I'm happy of help people with their problems and you consider myself as a reseller of SC...Please search before talk mate...

PS:I helped those teams cause they always answer my questions and doubts . They were polite and in my free time I help them. I must add that the only reward I got was a wray dongle that a guy from a transport company stole me. Thanks Wray Team but our relationship was difficult

Anyone who owns a smart-clip is part of a big family.

There is a problem here with Internet Explorer and boot-loader. The frist time you login it does nothing the second attemp to login it asks your are allready login to shut down your browser and wait 15 mins. Smart-clip upgrade URL works fine.

Can anyone Please report to this forum if you find a solution.

Like I state before I can login to boot-loader with firefox and netscape but they do not support ACTIVEX therefor can not login smart-clip.
