Follow these instructions:

# Press "Read unlock codes" and follow the instructions in the log window.

* Press and hold "Power ON" button on the phone
* As soon as SmartMoto shows an appropriate message in the log window, release "Power ON" button.
* The message "Reading unlock codes…OK" informs that process completed successfully.

i try allp possibility option to success formatting WX295 not work ...i use serial port prolific,infinity,rocker,z3x,nspro,ufs interface ...
the problem of the phone only restart ....

i try with other tools infinity done via format ffs....

all instructions i follow im OLD user of SMARTCLIP....

i try all possible option to succed but not work for me.

im using smartclip via LPT port....

Try to connect via physical Com-port, not Com-emulator.

why smart team after all this time you cannot make good update . me too i cannot read code for w295 am try with many port but its same like you see and in the end am unlock it with infinitiy

@ goodman1980,

Uninstall SmartMoto you have, download it once again and run Format FFS procedure once again.
If some error appears, please post log file here.

also after download Fresh copy its same i can not read code or make ffs format . smart team make good update why all this bugs
It's strange with this team .
