v3i flash problem,urgent help needed - GSM-Forum

i have v3i i flash it many time but it still at boot mode
boot version is 0A.30
firmware is R479-G-08.B4.34R
it come to for unlocking,it came its current state after unlocking by ultima box,now i flash it wid smart clip but failed,recive the following log

@ burraq,

"Reading flash id... 0x0090-0x0090". Incomplete chip identification means that flash memory chip is not read properly. There are two main reasons for that:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the tp procedure.

Unlocking would be more safe if SmartClip was used.
