Pls some one help me I bought x5 pcs of infineon flasher form gsmserver all could not flash any phone yet unlock always gives out a BIG BLANK COVERING ON MY PC or this ERROR MESSAGE WHEN i USED FRIENDS FLASH SW
SW = DI4,6J: 070802 1733(21)
PID = D2 C2 C1 E4 F3 3E D1 C5 BE 14 ED 60
IMEI = 350800351494652
Flash(0): AMD 29LV160BT 16Mbit

WHAT DO i DO ?

1. Install in Drive C
2. Each dongle has its own eeprom file like xxxxxxxx.EEp.
where xxxxxxxx is your dongle's serial number.
The file must be obtained from gsminfo with your s/n.
Go to support page and fill-in the registration form. Then you can obtain this file
Thereafter, put the eep files in the same folder as your prog.
I hope your dongles are not cloned.

yes but the dongles I bought from gsmserver can gsminfo give the eep[rom file and which support will I go to cos I was told to go to to sagmaster to register which i did and was given user name and pass yet no progress.

Use your log in and psw for the infineon page, then you can download the file.
Each dongle you bought will have different eep file.
And you may have to have different log in name and psw for each dongle

oh boy done dz more than 6x yet tells me wrong pass even with the one supplied copied and inputed manually thats why I had to cry out on the forum.
same prob with x3 pcs now retyurned to me

You may have mixed up the dongle S/N.
Why dont you contact gsminfo directly, he will be able to sort out your probs.
