| device damage, need help!!!!  i've tried to upgrade my scdr2 and at the middle the upgrade process stoped... now when i try to upgrade i get this, and i don't know what to do.... | If it shows it's serial number - NO NEED TO SEND DONGLE ANYWHERE. Be patient, try 15, 25 times, and you will have success, it's because server overload. Make pause after try ~10 min. B.R. Alkapone |

| I can not agree with all posts. Not possibile, that Server is always overload. My SCRDII was flashing MyX5-2, when computer suddenly stop work normally (UPS used, no dought). And i had this problem, updater read serial, but no update. I asked via ICQ to GSMInfo, why server can't update my box and got answer: your box damaged and must return it to seller. I returned box to seller and call to you some time for describe situatoin. After 8 days i got SCRD repaired and i updated it without big problem. BTW my seller IMHO is producer too, then he can repair boxes, not exchange only |
