i wrote yesterday not getting any reply and not seen my post.my problem is reseller xchange box for me now i connected box, box showing device not found.before xchhange box showing error in device ,now box showing device not found what can i do now?

take new update , and actualize on-line

check if date are OK, downaldo newest client, try to update - if still device not fudn you must send back to resseler

I am having the same problem with my Sagmaster.I can't make update,I can do nothind

.I had changed the cables,diffrent PC,but the problem is the same

EVICE NOT FOUND.The bad thing is that the warranty expired.
Does any one has a solution????????????????????

i bought SCDR 2 from you since a long time
if you pm me i will give you details of Serial Number

so my question to Multi-com.... Will you exchange my scdr 2 as it got dead during update????????

@mehvishal: Hello, for me not interestign is if device was demaged upon update or demaged when you work in phones - if device it's not working you will get this repaired or get new one free of charge - this it's our policy. You must just send back to us at your cost, once recived it will be rpaired or changed to new one and send back at our cost to you....if you need more info contact me

of course I assume that warranty period are still valid and bought from us
