Hi all
I have a problem with my SCDR II, I bought it on Feb/2006, never use it for any operation (unlock/flash), but when i connect it to my pc it says Device not found, i've read about this problem, i give my box to my resseler, since 15/03/2006 he says that he will send it to poland for repair, and he told me that the operation will take no more than three or four days, today we are the 30th of march (15 days ago) and no news about my box, i've phoned him (my resseler) 03 times, in my last call he told me that i'm annoying him (because i bought it and he has the cash in his pocket

), and that he have send the box and he is waiting for it too.
I have send you (support team) an email before explaining my problem with my resseler (he asked for mony that he says that it is for transport fee, where is his warranty?????), I think that he is not serious, please tell me what to do?
