Dead V55 with SCDRII ERROR 0E - GSM-Forum

Hi, I tried flash dead V55 with SCDRII and I get ERROR 0E or ERROR 11.
What does it mean? Thanks for help.

check test point and connector
tested

jakrzys try clean test point on the phone first then try flash . this error in test
