i got this message since 15days what i have to do please sagmaster team help i sent a message to the support but nothing .............

Ther's problem with upgrade your SCDR II Box

Hi

i send you reply from support, but my mail back to me. Its connection problem, disable all antivirus, firewall and communicators and then try, if this not help you try on other connection.

its always hard getting scrdII to upgrade ..........sagmasteam pls do something about this trend!!!

Me too I have this problem ! I think Mitek wont solve this problem to customers !

The mine is solved today by My reseller SAMPHONE ! Thanks go to Samphone and Sagmaster team !
