i think it's only security code. try to clear user code&clear lock code

i am also getting same prob it wont let me up date. and where can i purchase new jigs for new phones supported?

that point i'm sure of u know sws product is just a copy of MITEK work, a lot of time sws team asking me to send him logs of the old sagem dongle

the pinout is diferent.
check in the support section for the pinout. for myc5w is th same as WONU
