new sagmaster device not found - GSM-Forum

yesterday i recieved new sagmaster,its very diffrent from the old type,not having usb cable,and having 2 lights.but funny enough,it keep on showing device not found.
i tried it with 9 systems,but it worked only with one system,but that particular computer that works the box belongs to my friend.
so please do i need any special system configuration to make it work.
i forget to say that i used original nokia charger,but still same problem.
why does it work only with one system,but cant work with the rest 8.

i have same story but format my olds system and now workings .and stable infacts love dis new dan olds story b4

i have formated two of my systems,but still nothing happens.
please can anyone tell me if theres any system configuration that is required,please sagmaster team,i need urgen response

Dear M8,

please check in the Charger TYPe, is it ACP-12 or ACP-7, i made the same mistake, please check the TYPE first.
