Hi
I Updated My Sagmaster To V9.0a And All Was Well
The Next Day Am To Use It
I Connected To My Computer
And I Get The Message " Device Not Found"
I Tried Other Computer I Also Get The Same Mesage
Any Help Somebody?

Same problem here after upadate to V9 I used dongle for only one day and now I always get device not found please help loosing many customers like this, please give some update to repair this problem.

i updat my dongle to version 9
without problem all is ok
i use win 98se
