Scdr 2 - GSM-Forum

Just got the box and jigs etc, downloaded the latest software from the SCDR site, plugged the charger into the box, have got 2 white lights on, run the program, it then says the box software is too old must update, the update program then opens and says privilage instruction and thats it,
what am i doing wrong, can anyone help?

open this software to clear PC
close antyvir maybe
restart PC and try again

i have tried all this, closed all firewalls and antivirus, my friend has just got this program too and he is having same problems
